When proposing or reviewing changes, run the checks listed under "Build,
lint, and test" in `AGENTS.md` (`ci-scripts/lint.sh` and `ci-scripts/test.sh`)
and keep `CHANGELOG.md` and `website/docs/` in step with user-visible changes.
