## A small London coffee roastery

**Heron Coffee** is a single-origin roaster on Druid Street, Bermondsey. We roast 12kg batches every Tuesday morning. We ship within 48 hours of the roast date.

The cafe is open **Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 4pm**. Online orders ship across the UK and Europe. Allow 2-3 working days.

## This week's roasts

- **Finca La Esperanza** *(Colombia, washed)* — citrus, brown sugar, milk chocolate. Roasted 14 April.
- **Sidamo Guji** *(Ethiopia, natural)* — blueberry, jasmine, dark molasses. Roasted 14 April.
- **Cerrado** *(Brazil, pulped natural)* — hazelnut, dark cocoa, low acidity — our espresso default. Roasted 14 April.
