speccoder.task.attempt: one bounded, governed attempt at a task
.
The model works through speccoder’s tools; every call it asks for is classified by the policy first (deny → refused and told; approval → the attempt stops for a person; allow → dispatched through agentplane). The model’s closing report is recorded as its claim — the verdict is computed afterwards by the verifier, never here.
