pub fn clone(_ctx: &Ctx, slug: &str, target: &Path) -> CommandResult

Clones the person’s repository slug from github.com into target with git, as the person (their credentials, never a token of speccoder’s in the command). The interface has confirmed that this reaches github.com. SPECCODER_GIT_BASE points at another place to clone from (tests).
