Module openspec 

OpenSpec: a change in openspec/changes/<id>/ is the unit of work, its spec deltas’ scenarios are the acceptance examples, its tasks.md is a chain. Parsing and preflight are the speccoder-openspec crate’s; this adapter is the only runtime code that knows OpenSpec.

archive

speccoder spec archive: an OpenSpec change merged into the main specs, by the person, diff first. Never called by the engine, the model or a hosted skill.

cli

OpenSpec’s own CLI as a second opinion: when openspec is on PATH, validate --strict --json and instructions apply --json run read-only, sandboxed, telemetry off, and speccoder’s parse is compared with theirs. Absent or unusable, the cross-check is skipped and says why.
