An issue as a prompt carries it, and what was left out of it.

Fields

text: String

The body as filed, then the comments on it since, oldest first.

body_cut: bool

comments_cut: usize

How many of the oldest comments were left out to fit.

untrusted: Vec<String>

Whose comments the trust setting passed over.

Never silently. A verdict on part of an issue looks exactly like a verdict on all of it, and “nobody said anything” looks exactly like “somebody was passed over”.
