A crate for interfacing with the Summits on the Air API.

For now, only these operations are supported:

• GET /api/alerts/12/all/all
• GET /api/spots/-{hours}/all/all
• GET /api/summits/{assoc}/{summit}
• GET /api/associations/{assoc}
• GET /api/regions/{assoc}/{region}

Good citizenry

The SOTA Management Team reserves the right to block access to users who interfere with SOTA systems' functionality, inadvertently or otherwise.

A guideline: SOTA Slack Spotter hits /api/spots/-1/all once per minute. That's about as frequently as anybody needs to hit that endpoint.
