Licensing

This implementation of SQUID is under a Public Domain license called CC0 with a fallback license of Apache2.0 this includes but is not limited to, the lib.rs file and all files in the src directory. A copy of the license and fallback license is included in the root of this repository, named: LICENSE and FALLBACK_LICENSE respectively.
