Convert Sort Expression to SQL

Converts 'sort format' to 'SQL format'. E.g.:

  • -id -> id DESC NULLS LAST
  • id -> id ASC NULLS LAST
  • id- -> id ASC NULLS FIRST
  • -aired,id -> aired DESC NULLS LAST, id ASC NULLS LAST
