## The Problem
Scaling algorithms across multiple CPU/GPU cores often hits a bottleneck due to data transfer latency and sequential dependencies, limiting theoretical speedup.
## The Mathematical Constraint
Governed by **Amdahl's Law**, the maximum speedup $S$ of a system is limited by the sequential fraction $1-p$ of the task, where $N$ is the number of processors:

## Solution Framework: Domain Decomposition
1. **Analyze Data Dependency:** Identify independent data chunks that require $O(n \log n)$ or lower complexity.
2. **Segment the Mesh:** Divide the computational domain into sub-domains (spatial or temporal).
3. **Map to Nodes:** Assign sub-domains to independent compute nodes.
