polynomial.
Fields
powers: Vec<E::G1Affine>
The key used to commit to polynomials.
shifted_powers: Option<Vec<E::G1Affine>>
The key used to commit to shifted polynomials.
This is None

does not support enforcing any degree bounds.

The key used to commit to hiding polynomials.

The degree bounds that are supported by self
