Immutable, reviewable physics study plans and placement-transparent sweep evidence. The crate composes the canonical stats samplers, kernel EvalFabric, and physics influence proof. It owns no scheduler, executor, transport, compute site, or tensor implementation.

Every plan declares semantic axes, partitions, exact boundaries, coverage gaps, limits, audit and influence policy, outputs, seed, and placement. Every result retains plan, point, request, provider, and outcome identity. Energy observations are post-selection annotations and cannot enter the selection API.
