Write a concise, standalone summary that preserves:
- The current goal and any user constraints.
- Important decisions, assumptions, and unresolved questions.
- Relevant files, commands, tool results, and errors.
- Concrete next steps that would let a new agent resume work quickly.
Prefer high-signal facts over narration. If something is uncertain, say so explicitly.
Do not ask follow-up questions. Output only the summary.
