shuck-formatter

shuck-formatter is a stub formatter crate using the parser and AST from the Shuck workspace.

It exposes formatting options, source-level formatting helpers, and AST-based formatting entry points. The current implementation validates parsing and reports sources as unchanged while the formatter is rebuilt.
