shcl 2.0.0

SHCL - Simple Hierarchical Config Language. Reference parser, accessor, writer, and CLI.
Documentation
## cargo-deny: supply-chain gate for the reference crate.
##
## The library itself has no dependencies at all. Everything this walks comes in
## through `pprof`, which is optional, feature-gated, and only ever built by the
## cicd profiler stage - a shipped binary contains none of it. The gate still
## covers it, because a dev-tooling advisory is worth knowing about.

[advisories]
## A known vulnerability fails the run. Nothing else does: this graph is dev-only
## tooling, and an unmaintained transitive crate there is a note, not a blocker.

	## Both are quick-xml 0.26, reached through inferno under pprof. Three reasons
	## they stay: nothing here parses XML (inferno only writes the flamegraph
	## SVG), the whole chain is behind the profiling feature and never ships, and
	## inferno 0.11 pins quick-xml 0.26 so there is no version to move to. Drop
	## these the moment pprof carries a newer inferno.

[licenses]
## Permissive only. CDDL-1.0 arrives with inferno, under pprof - GPL-incompatible
## and fine here precisely because it never reaches a released artifact. Adding a
## license to this list means checking it can live with MIT first.

## Two versions of one crate is a smell worth seeing, not a failure - the
