### CWE Gap - CRITICAL ISSUE

The `Finding` struct **does not have a `cwe_ids` field**, but the `Reportable` trait requires `cwe_ids()` method. The blanket impl for `Finding` returns an empty slice:

### Filter Logic Bug?

Current tag filter logic:

### Field Serialization Behavior

**`#[serde(rename = "type")]` on `kind`:**
- JSON: `"type": "vulnerability"`
- Good: Follows security tooling conventions
- Risk: "type" is a reserved word in some languages

**`#[serde(default)]` handling:**
- Empty vecs omitted via `skip_serializing_if`
- `Option` fields omitted when `None`
- Clean, minimal JSON output

**Potential Issues:**

1. **NaN confidence**: Builder rejects NaN, but serde deserialize doesn't:
