sdl3-src-0.0.0 has been yanked.
This is a placeholder for the sdl3-src crate, which will be used by the
sdl3-sys crate to build the SDL library from source.
The maintainers of SDL have requested that SDL isn't distributed by third
parties until it's ABI stable, so sdl3-src won't be published on crates.io
until then.
In the meantime, you can follow development on github at https://github.com/maia-s/sdl3-sys-rs
