   - Registered in module via `wrap_pyfunction!()` calls

2. **WASM** (`crates/wasm/src/experimental.rs`):
   - 14 `#[wasm_bindgen]` functions named `*_wasm` returning JSON strings
   - Serialized via `serde_json::json!()`
   - No feature gating — general utilities available to all

3. **CLI** (`crates/cli/src/{args,main,experimental_cmds}.rs`):
   - 14 new command variants in `args.rs::Commands` enum
   - 14 dispatcher arms in `main.rs` routing to handlers
   - 14 command implementations in `experimental_cmds.rs` printing JSON output
