Enum sass_alt::InputSyntax

pub enum InputSyntax {
    SASS,
    SCSS,
}

A wrapper type to make it much clearer which SASS syntax we expect data to be in. Replaces the use of a boolean to model data that is SASS as opposed to SCSS.
