This is an official crate, so you can enable it in Cargo.toml like this:

• Supported TUS protocol version: 1.0.0
• Built-in handlers: OPTIONS, POST, HEAD, PATCH, DELETE, GET
• Default store: DiskStore (file-based, metadata in JSON)
• Extensions advertised by DiskStore: creation, creation-with-upload, creation-defer-length, termination
• Expiration flow implemented when a store provides the expiration extension
• Hooks: on_incoming_request, on_upload_create, on_upload_finish
• Per-upload read/write locks (in-memory) to serialize writes and allow concurrent reads
