§

StaleHandle

The generation counter does not match – handle is stale.

§

TableFull

The capability table is full.

§

Revoked

The capability has been revoked.

§

DelegationDepthExceeded

Delegation depth limit exceeded.

§

GrantNotPermitted

The source capability lacks GRANT rights.

§

RightsEscalation

Attempted rights escalation (derived rights not a subset of parent).
