rusty_flac 0.1.0

Pure-Rust FLAC encoder + decoder, no C, no unsafe-by-default deps. Encodes 17% and decodes 23% faster than FFmpeg while producing smaller files on every benchmarked content class; lossless and interoperable both directions.
Documentation
//! MSB-first bit I/O — the order FLAC packs bits.
//!
//! The writer keeps a 64-bit accumulator and drains whole bytes, so a
//! `write_bits(v, n)` costs O(bytes emitted), not O(n) single-bit steps.
//! The reader mirrors it: a 64-bit window refilled 4 bytes at a time.
