Whether a client checks an order against its instrument’s OrderRules before sending it.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Enforce

Refuse an order that breaks a rule, unsent. The default: a refusal costs no request, and carries the limit that was broken.

Off

Send every order and leave the rules to the venue. Choose it when the loaded rules could be wrong, for example because the venue changed them since they were loaded.
