Module job_logs 

Bounded, attempt-scoped GitHub Actions job-log ingestion and redaction. Bounded ingestion of one exact GitHub Actions run attempt’s per-job logs.

This module deliberately stops at a transport-neutral projection. Callers may persist crate::job_logs::GithubWorkerLogEvent values only after their own durable job binding. Raw response bytes, redirect URLs, and unsanitized log lines never enter the DTO.
