1. Definitions
--------------
1.1. "Contributor"

6. Termination

6.3. If Your rights under this License terminate for any reason, You do not lose any rights that You

7. Miscellaneous

This License will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction
in which the Initial Developer resides, excluding its conflicts of law principles.
7.2. Severability.

7.3. Entire Agreement.
This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Covered

as may be necessary to comply with the notice requirements in Section 3.4.
7.5. Updates.
The Initial Developer may publish updated versions of the License. Such updated versions will be
similar in purpose to this License, and You may use the terms of the then-current version in place of
the terms of this License with respect to Covered Software that You distribute.
8. Acceptance
