## What you give us

You give the project maintainer (RedLemonBe) the right to use your contribution
under **any license** — including the current AGPL-3.0 and any future commercial
license. This is a non-exclusive grant: you keep your own copyright and can use
your contribution however you like.

## What we give you

Your name (or your company's name) will appear in the changelog with the mention
**"contributed by [name]"** for every release that includes your work.

## Authorship

The project and its direction remain the responsibility of the maintainer. Your
contribution does not transfer ownership of the project to you.

## You must have the right to contribute

By submitting, you confirm that:

- The code is your own work (or you have your employer's permission to contribute it).
- You are not submitting code that belongs to a third party without their authorisation.
- If you wrote this code at work, your employer has approved the contribution or waived
  their rights to it.

If you are contributing on behalf of a company, send one email to redlemonbe@codix.be
with the subject `CLA — [Company Name]` to confirm your company's authorisation.
You only need to do this once.
