## Installation
```
cargo install rumdl

## Usage
```
rumdl [options] <file>...

- `-l, --list-rules`: List all available rules
- `-d, --disable <rules>`: Disable specific rules (comma-separated)
- `-v, --verbose`: Show detailed output
