//! Screen foreign prose before it becomes node content (issue #706, phase 2).
//!
//! # The exposure this exists to close
//!
//! Reading a peer's OKF bundle (ADR-0021, phase 1) puts a **stranger's prose**
//! into `meta.content`:
//!
//! - `rto_render::okf::read` sets `meta["content"] = cap_content(&concept.body)`;
//! - [`crate::query`]'s `content_snippet` returns `meta.content` as a search hit's
//!   `snippet`;
//! - those queries back the model-facing MCP tools `search`, `explain` and
//!   `context`.
//!
//! So a concept body written by somebody else is stored and then returned
//! **verbatim to a language model**, inside a tool result that model has been
//! told to trust and to ground its answers in. A body carrying instructions
//! aimed at the model — or hidden text carrying them — reaches it by that route.
//! That is a live injection surface, not a hypothetical one, and phase 1 opened
//! it.
//!
//! # Why the screen lives in this crate rather than beside the reader
//!
//! Three reasons, in order of weight.
//!
//! **The thing being protected is here.** `meta.content`, `content_snippet` and
//! the query layer that returns it are all `rto-graph`. So is
//! [`crate::cap_content`], the function that admits prose into a node in the
//! first place. A guard on that admission belongs beside the admission, not in
//! the crate that happens to have parsed today's file format.
//!
//! **OKF is the first foreign-content path, not the last.** Anything that reads
//! another producer's text into this graph inherits the same exposure. Putting
//! the screen in `rto-render` would make a second consumer depend on the
//! *renderer* to sanitise its input, which is the wrong direction: `rto-render`
//! depends on `rto-graph`, never the reverse.
//!
//! **It must not collide.** `crates/rto-render/src/okf/` is concurrently held by
//! the OKF conformance validator, so a new module there would conflict for a
//! reason that has nothing to do with either change.
//!
//! # Prior art: `okf-guard`, re-aimed
//!
//! <https://github.com/darshanNhb/okf-guard> (Apache-2.0) screens **source
//! documents before** they are converted into OKF. Four things are taken from
//! its model:
//!
//! - **three outcomes, not two** — [`Verdict::Pass`], [`Verdict::Quarantine`],
//! [`Verdict::Block`]. Quarantine is the useful middle: keep the concept,
//! neutralise or withhold the suspect part, rather than discarding a bundle
//!   over one document;
//! - **deterministic, with no model in the loop.** Using a language model to
//! judge whether text is attacking a language model is circular, and it would
//!   make a workspace scan depend on inference;
//! - **conservative defaults**, preferring a false positive;
//! - its **hidden-content classes**: zero-width characters, and content hidden by
//!   presentation.
//!
//! **But the aim is inverted, and that changes the design.** okf-guard protects
//! *your* pipeline from *your* sources; we consume *someone else's finished
//! bundle*. Nothing in the OKF ecosystem guards the consuming side. Three
//! consequences:
//!
//! 1. **Quarantine has to do something.** okf-guard returns a label and leaves
//! enforcement to the caller — its `clean_text` is identical for pass,
//! quarantine and block. Here, withholding the body from the context window
//! *is* the whole point, so [`Screened::admit`] carries what may be stored and
//! `None` means nothing may be.
//! 2. **The invisible-character sweep is wider.** okf-guard flags nine zero-width
//! codepoints and the tag block, and only *between two word characters* — so a
//! run next to a space, or at either end, is not seen, and bidi controls are
//! not covered at all. Both gaps are closed here: see [`INVISIBLE`].
//! 3. **The verdict is structural, not a score.** okf-guard's
//!    `max + 0.15 × rest` makes the outcome a function of finding *count*, so one
//! hidden paragraph split across three lines blocks where the same text on one
//! line only quarantines. The rule here is a property of the findings instead
//!    — see [`Verdict`].
//!
//! # What this deliberately does not attempt
//!
//! Stated because a screen that claims more than it does is worse than a narrow
//! one that is honest:
//!
//! - **No homoglyph or confusable detection.** okf-guard maps 23 Cyrillic
//! letters; the full Unicode confusables table is far larger, and any subset of
//! it fires on legitimately multilingual prose. A peer writing Russian is not
//!   an attacker.
//! - **No decoding of encoded payloads.** Base64, hex and percent-encoded blobs
//! are not decoded and re-screened. A bundle may legitimately carry them, and
//!   recursive decoding is unbounded.
//! - **No semantic judgement.** Whether text *is* an attack is not decided here,
//! only whether it *reads as* an instruction to a model, by pattern.
//! - **English only.** Every pattern in [`DIRECTIVES`] is English. A directive in
//! another language passes. This is a real gap, not an oversight.
//! - **No CSS cascade.** Presentation-hiding is detected from a tag's own
//! attributes; a `<style>` block that hides a class elsewhere in the document
//! is not resolved. Markdown from a peer rarely carries one, and half a cascade
//! implementation is worse than none.
//! - **No binary, image or office-document extraction.** okf-guard's PDF, DOCX,
//! PPTX and XLSX adapters have no analogue: a bundle is markdown.
//! - **Nothing retroactive.** Content already in a store from before this change
//!   is not re-screened.
//! - **The producing side is not screened.** `render okf` is not touched; we are
//!   the consumer here.
