same author, which remains available under the MIT License.
This project's initial control-flow concept (read CIDR/IP lines from STDIN,
aggregate via Net::CIDR::Lite, print the result) was inspired by a script
published by Adrian Popa at:

That original work carries no explicit license or copyright notice, but
copyright in it is, by default, held by its author, Adrian Popa, regardless
of the absence of a notice. No rights to that original work are granted,
