This crate provides some structs and trait to manage memory and references for an abstract language.

## Structures
* `Region` : a vector containing `ValueCell`s,
* `Heap` : a memory structure (generation-arena like) with `HeapReference`s.
* `Stack` : a FIFO memory structure with `StackReference`s.
