Save sync preferences shared by CLI/TUI frontends.

Each platform defaults to {save_base}/{platform-slug}/. Entries in platform_dirs override that with an absolute custom path.

Fields

save_dir: Option<String>

Local folder used by TUI save download/sync flows.

device_id: Option<String>

RomM sync device id used by manual push-pull.

platform_dirs: HashMap<u64, String>

Platform id → absolute custom save directory path.
