This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.with_mean: boolWhether to subtract the running mean. Default: true.
with_std: boolWhether to divide by the running standard deviation. Default: true.
epsilon: f64Variance threshold below which the scale is treated as 1.0 to avoid
division by zero. Default: 1e-12.
