This release includes:
- Native CLI binaries for Linux, macOS, and Windows
- WebAssembly packages for browser, bundler, and Node.js targets
- Python wheels built from `ries-py/`
## Notes
- For deterministic research workflows, prefer `--deterministic` together with
`--json` and `--emit-manifest`.
- Citation metadata lives in `CITATION.cff`.
- Zenodo will mint a DOI for the release after publication.
