SQLite Driver

The existing rusqlite crate is just not sufficient for me, so i made my own.

This driver provide:

• prepared statement lru caching
• FromRow derive trait
• connection sharing / pooling (WIP)

Versioning

Currently this library does not follow semver, its api still changing.
