Index tile budget in uncompressed bytes.

dict_chunk_budget: usize

Dictionary chunk budget in uncompressed bytes.

zstd_level: i32

zstd compression level (1..=22).

frame: FrameShape

zstd frame shape.

frequent_objects: usize

How many of the most frequent object-only terms to promote into the shared dictionary section (0 = off).
