pub struct MotionPoller { /* private fields */ }Expand description
Motion-sensor polling on top of the shared platform backend. Sensor nodes
are separate evdev nodes from the pad, so readings are routed back to pads
by name; feed MotionPoller::feed_gamepad the same events
GamepadPoller drains.
Implementations§
Source§impl MotionPoller
impl MotionPoller
pub fn new() -> Self
Sourcepub fn feed_gamepad(&mut self, events: &[GamepadEvent])
pub fn feed_gamepad(&mut self, events: &[GamepadEvent])
Track pad names so sensor devices can be routed to them.
Sourcepub fn poll(&mut self)
pub fn poll(&mut self)
Drain sensor readings since the last call. Devices with no matching pad are dropped rather than invented.
Sourcepub fn feed_readings(&mut self, readings: Vec<SensorReading>)
pub fn feed_readings(&mut self, readings: Vec<SensorReading>)
Route readings to pads by device name, latest wins.
Sourcepub fn source(&self, id: GamepadId) -> PadMotion
pub fn source(&self, id: GamepadId) -> PadMotion
Current motion for id, in repame’s units: angular velocity in
radians per second and acceleration in m/s^2, both device-frame.
Sourcepub fn motion_ids(&self) -> Vec<GamepadId>
pub fn motion_ids(&self) -> Vec<GamepadId>
Pads that have reported motion, id-sorted.
