The embedded Market Identifier Code table (`src/mic_registry.rs`, enabled by
the default `mic-registry` feature) is a dated snapshot derived from the ISO
10383 registry published by SWIFT as the ISO 10383 Registration Authority.
ISO 10383 data is factual reference data; the snapshot date is recorded in
that file and in SPEC.md.
