A port of [reflector](https://xyne.dev/projects/reflector/).

This tool retrieve, filter, sort a list of the lastest Arch Linux mirrors
from [the archlinux mirror status](https://archlinux.org/mirrors/status/)
and provide the content of the file `/etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist`.
