Session-scoped state tracking which files have been read (and whether those reads were partial). Injected via Arc<Mutex<ReadFileState>> into ReadFile, EditTool, and WriteFile.

Record a read (or post-edit/post-write update). Evicts the oldest entry when the cache exceeds [READ_FILE_STATE_MAX_ENTRIES].

Return up to n most-recently-recorded files, newest first, as (path, content) pairs. Locks the mutex externally; this method takes &self and reads insertion_order/records without mutating.
