Development server that serves the app in browser mode.

This is NOT the production renderer. It’s a development tool that allows AI agents (and humans) to interact with the app via a browser.

Keep a stable on-disk copy for humans and external image viewers. The Agent endpoint itself serves the in-memory published frame.

Start the development server.

Returns the URL where the server is listening.

Finalize or discard an active debug recording before the dev process exits. Native MP4 recording is finalized; browser fallback recordings are marked failed so their partial chunks do not remain as garbage.
