Razorpay Rust Sdk

This project is my attempt to build rust sdk for Razorpay Api's to accept recurrign payments on loggernow.com

I will be adding functinality as i feel the need , at the end of this excersise this SDK may or may not cover full set of api's exposed by Razorpay.
