Function time_diff

pub fn time_diff(t0: u32, t1: u32) -> u32

Return the difference in microseconds between two timestamps.

This function takes wrapping of the parameters into account, as they are u32, so they wrap each 71m35.

Arguments

• t0 - old timestamp in microseconds
• t1 - new timestamp in microseconds
