Static discovery of r2x plugins in Python source packages.
The crate inspects package source and packaging metadata with AST parsing instead of importing plugin modules. It extracts entry points, plugin metadata, and configuration schemas for the r2x manifest.
Keeping discovery separate from runtime invocation lets installation and synchronization inspect plugins without executing their import side effects.
