Module engine 

Interpreter implementation; embedders use engine::api.

Old root API aliases are deliberately unavailable:

use quickjs_oxide::Runtime;

Internal engine modules are not embedding interfaces:

use quickjs_oxide::engine::compiler::CompileOptions;

The front end, the register lowering and the embedding API over quickjs-oxide-core.
