quickjs-oxide is an independent Rust implementation targeting observable
compatibility with QuickJS 2026-06-04. The QuickJS C implementation is neither
compiled nor linked into product builds.
The compatibility reference, algorithmic source map, and generated Unicode
identifier, case-conversion, and normalization table data derive from the
QuickJS release. Its complete MIT notice is retained in
LICENSES/QuickJS-MIT.txt.
The identifier, case-conversion, normalization, Cased, and Case_Ignorable data
ultimately derive from Unicode 17.0.0 UCD data, including
DerivedCoreProperties.txt. The complete Unicode License v3 copyright and
permission notice is retained in LICENSES/Unicode-3.0.txt.
See compat/upstream.toml for the pinned release archive and checksum. Rust
dependency licenses remain those published by their respective packages.
The generated Rust Unicode identifier, case-conversion, and normalization
tables retain the Unicode 17.0.0 data from QuickJS 2026-06-04
libunicode-table.h. The source table checksum and regeneration commands are
recorded beside the generated data.
