querqle 0.1.0

A small library made to perform sql queries thru the odbc-api library, and convert the results directly into data structures. It defaults to a simple 2D vector of strings but can also (as of now) provide a hashmap keyed to each column, and it has a feature allowing it to convert a polars dataframe. It makes no promises of being particularly performant and does need to have it's safety improved to avoid panics, but it plans to eventually also be able to convert tuples/rows received from sql into structs (although this planned feature is going to be hard to implement and has not been started yet.)
