## Basic Usage
### Implementing
Add one of the following lines to Cargo.toml
Github :

prtgn_encoding = { git = "https://github.com/PRTGN-Development-Team/PRTGN_encoding" }
```
Crates.io :
```toml
prtgn_encoding = "<newest version>"
```
### Write
```rust
use prtgn_encoding::write;

```
### Read
