One internally consistent observation of a watcher.

ProxyWatcher::current and ProxyWatcher::health remain convenient independent reads. Use ProxyWatcher::state when the configuration and liveness must describe the same instant: both halves are copied while holding the watcher’s shared mutex once.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
