Cross-platform library to retrieve OS processes information.

Details

• On Windows, library uses CreateToolhelp32Snapshot, Process32First, Process32Next
• On Linux, it uses procfs
• On OS X, it uses libproc's proc_listpids, proc_pidinfo, proc_name
