## Test Execution Order

## Known Limitations
- **No Timeout Support**: Hanging processes cannot be automatically terminated
- **No Interactive Input**: Cannot send stdin to running processes
- **No Signal Handling**: Cannot send signals (SIGTERM, SIGKILL, etc.)
- **No Async Support**: All execution is synchronous/blocking
- **No Process Groups**: Cannot manage groups of related processes
## Test Environment Requirements
- Rust toolchain (rustc, cargo) installed
- Unix: sh shell available
- Windows: cmd.exe available
- Write permissions in test directory
- Ability to compile and execute test programs
## Success Criteria

### Issues Fixed
1. **Test Expectation**: `rustc` with no args succeeds (shows help), not fails
2. **Shell Portability**: Changed from bash brace expansion to POSIX while loop

⏳ **Not Tested**: CI/CD detection (requires external program per tech debt), extreme outputs (>1MB), binary non-UTF-8 output, platform-specific behaviors
